Alice MULLINS

Alice Mullins (née Farrell) of 42 Dereen Heights, Tullow Road and formerly of Ballybannon, Carlow, passed away peacefully, on 25th May, 2020, surrounded by her loving family, at St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny.

Beloved wife of Donal and much loved mother of Elaine and the late baby David.

She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, daughter, brother, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives and friends.

Cian English of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia and formerly The Meadows, Bullock Park, Carlow, passed away tragically, on 23rd May, 2020, in Australia.

Beloved and adored son of Vinny and Siobhan, much loved and cherished brother of Dylan and adored grandson of Bobby and Yvonne Webster and Teresa and the late John English.

He will be sadly missed by his loving heartbroken parents, brother, grandparents, aunts, uncles, extended family, relatives and his many friends.

Kim QUIGLEY Ballyshane, Inistioge, Kilkenny / Carlow

Kim Quigley of Upper House, Ballyshane, Inistioge, Co Kilkenny and formerly 1 Woodgrove, Tullow Road, Carlow passed away peacefully, on 22nd May, 2020, at St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny.

Beloved partner of Brian, much loved mother of Jade and Ruby, adored daughter of Brendan and Olive and cherished sister of Brendan and Holly.

She will be sadly missed by her loving partner, daughters, parents, brother, sister, her partner’s mother Biddy, aunts, uncles, extended family, relatives and her many friends.

Kim’s family would like to thanks the doctors and nurses of The Mater Hospital, Dublin, Waterford University Hospital and St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny, for their wonderful care of Kim during her illness.

Joseph O’Connor died May 16th (suddenly) at his home. Sadly missed by his loving son Joseph, partner Clare Keating, grandson Kayden, brothers Eddie, Billy and Noel, sister Frances, extended family, relatives and friends.

William Fallon, formerly Zimbabwe, at St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny, after a short illness.

Beloved son of Kathleen and the late Willie and much loved brother of Kevin, Annmarie, Siobhán and Michael. Deeply regretted by his sisters-in-law Iona and Sarah-Jane, brothers-in-law Don and Gerry, niece, nephews, aunts, uncle, cousins, extended family, work colleagues, neighbours and friends.

Travis Walsh, 31 Askea Lawns, (suddenly) on 12th May 2020, aged 24 years. Beloved son of Mary-ann and Johnny and loving brother to Peter and Diana. Deeply regretted by his heartbroken parents, brother, sister, aunts, uncles, grand-aunts, grand-uncles, cousins, extended family, relatives and friends.

Patrick (Pat) DOWLING, Quinnagh, Green Road, Carlow

Pat Dowling (Haulier) died May 12th 2020 (suddenly) at his home. Beloved husband of Kathleen and much loved Dad of Geraldine, Paul, Lisa and Emma. Sadly missed by his heartbroken wife, son, daughters, mother Mary, brothers, sisters, daughter-in-law Vanessa, grandson Harry, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Tom (Tex) Mooney (Retired Newspaper Editor) died May 9th 2020 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Rathgar, Dublin. Predeceased by his brother Raymond. Beloved husband of Ann and much loved father of Tommy, Peter and Douglas. Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, brother Gabriel (USA), daughters-in-law Fran and Laura, adored grandchildren Zazie, Noah, Áine and Erin, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Kathleen Goodwin, nee Dillon, died May 7th 2020 in the tender loving care of Aut Even Hospital, Kilkenny in her 90th year. Predeceased by her husband Pat, sister Phillie, brother John and nephew David. Sadly missed by her brother-in-law John, sister-in-law Jackie, nieces Debbie and Marie, her cousins the Dillon and Nolan families, relatives, neighbours old and new, and many good friends.

Mairin Walsh died May 3rd 2020 (unexpectedly) at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny. Beloved wife of Anthony and much loved mother of Tony, Kathy and Fiona, and adoring grandmother of Ava, Ella, Ewan and Tara. Sadly missed by her loving husband, son, daughters, sons-in-law Nigel and Joe, daughter-in-law Betty, sister Kathleen, grandchildren, extended family, relatives and friends. Predeceased by her brother Jerry.
