Sean KAVANAGH Pollerton Road, Carlow

Seán Kavanagh of Pollerton Road, Carlow, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully, on September 26th, 2021, at his home.
Beloved father of Senan and Amy, cherished brother of Des, Mick, Padraic and Rosalia and much loved son of the late Paddy and Chris.
He will be sadly missed by his loving son, daughter, daughter-in-law Michelle, Amy’s fiancée Kevin, brothers, sister, brother-in-law Gearoid, sisters-in-law Marie and Una, aunt, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and his many close friends.
May Seán Rest in Peace
Reposing at Carpenter Bros. Funeral Home, Barrack St, from 4pm to 8pm on Wednesday. Removal from there on Thursday at 1.30pm to The Holy Family Church, Askea, (via his residence), arriving for Funeral Mass at 2pm. Burial afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow.

Violet CUNNINGHAM, 5 Askea Court, Carlow / Castlefin, Donegal

Violet Cunningham, 5 Askea Court, Carlow, and formerly of Drumurphy, Castlefin, Co. Donegal, September 23rd 2021 (suddenly) at Naas General Hospital. Sadly missed by her partner Pat, son Seán, brother Jim, sisters Josie and Betty, daughter-in-law Susan, grandchildren Tara, Dylan and Seán Jnr, great-granddaughter Aurora, extended family, relatives and friends.
Rest in Peace.
Reposing in R. Healy & Son Funeral Home, Pollerton Castle, Carlow on Wednesday from 3pm to 7pm. Removal on Thursday morning to the Church of the Holy Family, Askea to arrive for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow.

Brigid DOLAN (née McDonald) Carlow / Crettyard, Laois

Brigid Dolan (née McDonald) of 2 Burrin Manor, Tullow Road, Carlow and formerly of Doonane, Crettyard, Co Laois and London, England, passed away peacefully, in St Columba’s Hospital, Thomastown, Co.Kilkenny, on September 18th, 2021.
Beloved wife of the late John and cherished sister of Mary Deevy (Cruttenclough, Bilboa, Co Carlow) and the late Edward.
She will be sadly missed by her loving sister, sister-in-law Kathleen McDonald, the Dolan family (Cavan), nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
May Brigid Rest In Peace
Reposing at Carpenter Bros Funeral Home, Barrack St, on Monday from 5pm with Prayers at 7pm.
Removal from there on Tuesday at 11.15am to The Cathedral of the Assumption, Carlow arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow.
