Liam HAUGHNEY

Liam Haughney of 31 Mt Leinster Park, Tullow Road, Carlow, passed away peacefully on August 9th, 2017, surrounded by his loving family at his home.

Beloved husband of Peggy and much loved father of Kevin, Sandy, Christine, Martin, Samantha and Ryen.

He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, his 14 grandchildren, great-grandchild, brothers, sisters, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

May Liam’s Gentle Soul Rest in Peace

Reposing at his home from 12 noon on Thursday with Prayers at 8 pm. Removal on Friday at 10.30am to The Holy Family Church, Askea arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Funeral afterwards to St. Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow.

Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family; formerly of “Woodlands”, Currawn, Ballywilliam, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford; predeceased by his father James. Beloved husband of Margaret (Mags) and much loved father of Molly and Katie. Sadly missed by his heartbroken wife, daughters, mother Kathleen, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Rest in Peace.

Reposing at his home from 1pm on Thursday followed by removal at 6.20pm to the Church of the Holy Family, Askea to arrive for 7pm. Funeral Mass on Friday at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to Éist Carlow.

O’Mahony (nee Kelly) (Carlow and formerly of Leixlip) – Aug 1, 2017, (peacefully), surrounded by her loving family, at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Amanda, beloved wife of Alan, loving mother of Conor, Dara and Aisling and dear daughter of Phyllis and the late Charlie; Sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, daughter, mother, brother Noel, sister Edel, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at the Ramon Massey & Son Funeral Home, 3 Main Street, Tallaght Village, (opposite The Priory). Removal on Saturday to St. Brigid’s Church, Straffan arriving for 10.00am Mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to Straffan Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Professor Crown’s Research at St. Vincent’s Hospital. Reposing in R. Healy & Son Funeral Home, Pollerton Castle from 12noon on Wednesday followed by removal at 6.45pm to the Church of the Holy Family, Askea to arrive for 7pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
